About Us

I love the outdoors. I’ve spent lots of time outside training for triathlons and I love camping, hiking, swimming, and going to the beach. I feel these adult activities are rooted in my time spent as a kid constantly playing outside – riding a bike, playing tag, camping, climbing trees, building forts, and exploring.

But today, we face a challenge as the pull of electronic devices for kids competes with their parents’ desire to have them playing outside and staying active. So, I thought, “What would happen if I could combine the two?” 

And thus, the idea for “Hiking Bingo” was born following a road trip and hiking excursion we took with friends during the summer! Upon returning from our trip, my company, Coach M Pryor LLC, began leading a team to develop an App called Hiking Bingo. 

Hiking Bingo combines two fun activities – hiking and playing a nature scavenger hunt on a bingo grid – to help inspire kids to explore the outdoors. The Hiking Bingo mobile app is only available for IPhones at this time due to budget constraints, but my bigger mission of inspiring kids - and kids as heart - to explore the outdoors is open to everyone. Getting kids hiking and staying active is the goal. If things go well, hopefully I’ll be able to expand to Android in the future!
